I would like to order today’s deal, how do I proceed?

When will I receive my order?

When the deal is over you will receive a confirmation by email. The product will be shipped to the address as stated by you. The shipping time is mentioned clearly under the product which you have purchased. When ordering with Fishdeal your product will normally be delivered within 4 – 8 working days. The 4 – 8 days are not guaranteed as we depend on our suppliers in this case. Occasionally, delivery takes a bit longer, but happily it usually takes a lot less time!

What is a voucher and how do I use my voucher?

Most of the time we have products on offer, in which case the voucher is not applicable. But sometimes we offer weekend-trips, vacations, discounts for conventions, etc. In this case you will receive a voucher which you can use as a proof of payment. You will receive a link to print out your voucher by email. In the email and on the voucher you will find a clear explanation about how to use the voucher with the specified provider.

How much will the shipping-costs be?

Shipping costs may vary depending on what you have ordered. Shipping will obviously be cheaper for small, light orders than for large and heavy products.


What happens if I’m not at home when the package is delivered?

Postal Service will make two attempts to deliver your package. If you are not at home at the second attempt you will receive a pickup-notice. With this notice you will be able to pick up your package at the location mentioned on the notice.

I have received my order but it is damaged, how do I proceed?

If you can see any damage to the package on the outside, please ask the courier to report this. If there is any actual damage to the product you can report this to us at info@fishdeal.co.uk. We would like to request that you do this within 24 hours after receiving your product. We insist you contact our customer-service for complaints of any kind so we can solve these issues for you.

I’ve discovered a malfunction after opening my package. What now?

Can I return my order without giving any reason for the return?

After receiving your order you have the right to dissolve the purchase agreement, without giving any reasons, within 7 days. You can find the instructions for your return on the back of the packing slip/ flyer which is included in every delivery. If you wish to exercise the right to withdraw your order you need to return the product within 7 days after receipt. Make sure you take note of our Returns Policy (at the bottom of our webpage) and follow the return-guideline.

Is there a warranty for the products I have purchased?

Our not-good-money-back-warranty guarantees that the delivered products meet the agreement and meet the specifications stated in the offer. If you nevertheless disagree with this, Fishdeal will refund you the full amount within 7 days, if the terms of our Return Policy are met and after receiving the returned product, it is clear that the products are different from the products ordered, Fishdeal will take care of any repair.
Fishdeal guarantees that the products delivered by us will fulfill the demands of usability, reliability and durability as these are stated by both parties in the purchase-agreement and vouches for the warranty of the product as issued by the factory.
The warranty terms issued by Fishdeal will be the same as those issued by the factory. This warranty does not apply if the malfunction is due to:

a) inattention;

b) Intentional damaging; or

c) careless neglect.

The warranty-claim will also expire if third parties, other than Fishdeal, have made repairs or other changes to the product, without the permission of Fishdeal.
