Returns

After receiving the order, you have the right to cancel the purchase agreement for 50 days without giving any reason. Returning or sending back an order, or part of it, is very easy. Make sure you have your order number and email address at hand. The order number can be found in the order confirmation you received by e-mail.

The return costs are £6.95 (Parcel Force) per shipment. You don’t have to pay this amount or extra duties in the parcel shop, we will handle that. When we do a refund for the products, we will keep the £6.95 for the return shipment. It means that we pay back the amount minus £6,95.

Of course, you can also return the products via another carrier, the additional costs will be on your account. If you use our return service, you have to return your order via Parcel Force.
It is possible to request a return via the button below. After your request, we will send you a return label and commercial invoice (CN23) within 36 hours. When you receive this documents by email, you can go to the parcel shop and return your package. It can take up to 14 days before we receive the parcel in our warehouse, this is because of the customs.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item via a return. In this case, we recommend that you return the order, request for a refund and place a new order through the website.

In exceptional cases, you may receive the wrong product. We ask you to contact us directly via the contact. form. We would like to hear what went wrong. Do not forget to mention your order number. We will then contact you as soon as possible.

In exceptional cases, you may receive a defective product upon arrival. We will resolve this annoying situation quickly and properly. Make sure you have your order number and email address at hand. The order number can be found in the order confirmation you received by e-mail.

We have created a dedicated page for registering a damaged product. In this case, we would also like to receive a photo as proof, which you can easily upload on the same page. In case of damage, please select the reason “product is damaged”. After we have received your application, we will assess it and contact you as soon as possible.

As soon as we receive the return package in our warehouse, you will receive an email with a receipt of confirmation. Within a few days after receiving the returned item, the return will be processed by us and you can expect a response by e-mail. In case of refund, the amount will be back in your account within 48 hours. Keep in mind that it can take up 14 days before we receive the parcel in our warehouse.

As a customer, you are responsible for the shipment to the return address of Fishdeal, therefore, you are free to choose a carrier. We recommend that you ship by registered / insured mail, especially when returning valuable items.

No, unfortunately you cannot return the Fishdeal Gift Card. The gift card is also not exchangeable for money.
