The delivery was quick and all came in a box we'll packaged, on first inspection the pod came in its own carry case and has enough room to keep the but grips on the goal posts once packed away, the bite alarms came in a nice little carry case and are well protected, but batteries are not included. So I used this for the first time last week on a 72h session and never had any problems at all and landed some great looking fish. So setting up the pod was easy and looks great the only downside I had was the length, once fully extended when the rods are on the pod the first eye on the rod doesn't fit before the bite alarm, but it's fully adjustable on length on height for uneven ground. The bite alarms were easy to set up and the instructions were easy to follow to get the alarms connected to the receiver, the alarms are loud and the LEDs are bright when you get a run, the only downside is there is a slight delay between the bite alarm going off and the receiver going off but this wasn't much of an issue for me as I don't use the receiver unless I'm in the bivvy, I haven't had chance to see what distance the receiver will go as I don't leave my rods anyway, the receiver is loud and wakes you up if your sleeping and has matching colours to the alarms when it goes off so you can quickly tell which alarm is going off, the alarms are waterproof and survived a big rain storm and hail storm and still work as they should. I didn't use the hangers as I used my old ones but I'm sure for someone starting out they would be fine. The but grips do what they should. Overall if your on a budget and need a pod and wireless alarm set then I would recommend this product, I'm glad I choose this and it looks good on the bank once it's all set up.
