The new WFT Shad Control series offers the perfect rod for fishing with the largest softbaits and shads in stationary or very fast flowing water. The slim blanks are very powerful and extremely fast with a solid backbone. The ‘Halfpounder’ casts away with ease a shad of 250 grams, the Full Pounder even up to 500 grams! In combination with a strong FUJI reel holder, the fine EVA handle offers an ergonomically perfect combination. These heavier models from this collection are equipped with SIC guides with reinforced frames, suitable for the strongest lines.
