The most used baitfish in our country is without a doubt the roach. There are so many of them swimming in our waters that all predatory fish species in the UK see the roach as their daily bread. A true to nature imitation of this baitfish will tempt many a roach to take a bite. And that is why there is Ricky The roach!

Ricky The Roach looks amazingly “real”. Westin has fitted this softbait with a short tail with a large paddle. As soon as Ricky hits the water it shoots into action. The movement can be described as a tight rolling-body action with a nice belly flash.

This 18cm version is ideal for chasing big pike.
Ricky is available in several hand-painted eye-catching and lifelike colour patterns and sizes.
