Returns

How can I return an item?

If your order was delivered by Royal Mail or Evri, we will generate a shipping label and keep by the refund a £6.95 fee. However, if the return is warranty-related, the shipping label will be free.

For orders which are not delivered by Royal Mail or Evri, we will send you a CN23 form and ParcelForce label. You will need to visit a Parcelforce shop with your package and the CN23 form. Once delivered, we will refund the amount minus £6.95 for shipping

It is possible to register a return shipment via the button below. Once you have done this, you can take your package + return label to a drop-off point of the chosen carrier. Always use the return method below. If you decide to send the package on your own initiative, you will be responsible for all costs.
