Your order will be sent to your chosen address. Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 business days. There are however some exceptional deals that require a delivery time of 8 to 16 business days. This is always clearly stated. In case you order multiple deals, the deal with the longest delivery time will determine the delivery time of the entire order. In exceptional cases delivery may take a bit longer but orders usually arrive before the estimated delivery date. We have already sent tens of thousands of packages and we do our best to ensure that your order is shipped and delivered as quickly as possible. The delivery charge depends on the weight and size of your order and is clearly indicated before placing your order. The delivery charge is normally £6.95.
After placing your order you will receive a track & trace code via email. 95% of our parcels are sent with DPD/Hermes.
