Your order will be sent to your chosen address. Orders are usually delivered within 4 to 8 business days. There are however some exceptional deals that require a delivery time of 8 to 16 business days. This is always clearly stated. In case you order multiple deals, the deal with the longest delivery time will determine the delivery time of the entire order. In exceptional cases delivery may take a bit longer but orders usually arrive before the estimated delivery date. We have already sent tens of thousands of packages and we do our best to ensure that your order is shipped and delivered as quickly as possible. In case the delivery takes longer than you expected, please don’t hesitate to contact us by phone or via email.

The delivery charge depends on the weight and size of your order and is clearly indicated before placing your order. The delivery charge for smaller, lighter packages that fit through your letterbox is just £3.95. The delivery charge for larger orders is £5.95. These are sent using a parcel service.

After placing your order you will receive a track & trace code via email. 95% of our parcels are sent with B2C.

Items can be returned within 50 days. A reason for return is not required.

Returning your order, or a part of your order, is very easy. Simply return the product, in the original packaging, in a sturdy box or envelope. Please add a note, or possibly the delivery note, with your name and order number. You can also tell us whether you would like a refund or exchange. You can expect a response from us by phone or via email within a few days of receiving the return. If you chose a refund then the amount will be back on your account within 48 hours.

You as a customer are responsible for the return to the Fishdeal return address and can choose the parcel service of your choice. When returning valuable items we do recommend choosing signature for delivery.

Fishdeal guarantees that the delivered products meet the quality requirements set by the manufacturer. The warranty offered by Fishdeal is the same as the manufacturer’s warranty.

Paypal is a quick and easy way to send and request money online. It’s an easy way to make (international) payments.

During checkout, choose payment method “Paypal”. You can continue by pressing “pay now”. You can then log into Paypal with your email address and password. Click “pay now” to complete your order and Fishdeal will immediately get started on it.

Items can be placed in the shopping cart be clicking the green “buy” button. You can then immediately checkout or continue shopping if you wish to do so. When you are done shopping, simply click the shopping cart in the top right corner. You will see an overview of your order with the option of completing it.

Orders can be placed with or without an account. The advantage of an account is that you only have to enter your information once. The account will remember this for future orders.

On Fishdeal, products can be found in different ways. The search function on the website allows you to quickly find the specific product you’re looking for. In case you are not looking for a specific product then you can simply click the category of your choice and look through all of the products within this category. Yes, most of our products we have in stock. However, a longer delivery time is possible in exceptional cases when we are still expecting a delivery from our supplier. This is then of course clearly stated in the deal.

No, Fishdeal is an online store and does not have a physical store.

You can simply fill in your email address at the bottom of the homepage. You will then be automatically subscribed to our newsletter in which we communicate our deals on a regular basis.

At the bottom of every email we send you will find the option to unsubscribe from our newsletter. After this you will no longer receive a newsletter from Fishdeal. You can also choose to receive our newsletter less frequently, for example once or twice a week.

We do not yet offer a Fishdeal gift certificate.
