The Shimano Aerlex H Surf Hybrid is a surfcasting sea rod for beach anglers who want not only casting distance but also clear bite detection. Thanks to the hybrid top, this rod is particularly suitable for conditions where bites are subtle or when fishing with lighter rigs. The hybrid top combines sensitivity with a powerful blank, ensuring bites remain visible without compromising casting performance. The fast action and 3-piece construction provide ample power and stability when casting weights up to 225 grams, even in changing conditions. The Full Carbon blank with Diaflash reinforcement ensures a controlled cast and stable fight behavior. Depending on the version, the Aerlex H Surf Hybrid is equipped with Fuji K-Type or Fuji Low Rider Concept “O” guides. The Cast Control Grip supports a consistent casting technique and extra grip during powerful casts.

Differences between versions:

The versions differ in guides and reel seat. Fuji Low Rider Concept “O” guides are optimized for use with braided line and offer extra control during powerful casts. Fuji K-Type guides are versatile and suitable for different line types. The DPS reel seat secures the reel in a fixed position. The Plate reel seat allows the reel position to be adjusted according to personal preference and casting technique.
