This RidgeMonkey Connect Deep Pan & Griddle features a granite style coating with improved non-stick properties making it stronger and more durable. The pan has removable cool-touch handles and a removable hinge system that turns one pan into two – a deep pan and a separate grill pan. The grill pan acts as a lid on the deeper pan and can be detached to become a separate pan, allowing you to cook two amounts of food at once. The grill pan is also interchangeable with the RidgeMonkey Connect Sandwich Toaster Granite Edition.
