The Choddy Hook is specially developed for fishing with stiff hooklinks and presentations such as the chod rig and hinged stiff rig, but is also excellent for other pop-up rigs. Thanks to the out-turned eye, a natural, smooth line is created from the hooklink to the hook, ensuring optimal hooking with stiff setups. The shape is based on the well-known Wide Gape model, but made with slightly thicker and stronger wire, making this hook exceptionally reliable when playing large carp.
