The Subgrubs Mussel Hookbait is a natural hookbait that responds directly to the daily diet of carp. Mussels are a high-protein, low-carbohydrate treat that is packed with essential minerals and fatty acids. Because of their soft texture and rich nutritional value, mussels are irresistible to carp, especially on hard-to-fish waters where the fish are shy of standard baits.
These clam hookbaits are ready-made and are best fished on the hair. If necessary, use a piece of artificial corn or foam as a stopper to optimize the presentation.
A subtle but deadly natural bait that makes the difference time after time!
