When chasing predatory fish with a float, it is sometimes necessary to adjust the lead weight to the situation. On mirror-smooth water and with short distances it can pay off to lead a pike (perch) rod as well as possible. However, are there high waves, a strong wind and is the distance long? Then you do want to be able to see the float optimally.
With the Fox Rage Predator quick change weights you no longer have to re-rig all the way in any situation. Both the lead and the insert have a trench. This is where the line should be laid. By turning the trench of the insert, the line can no longer move and the lead is fixed. It is also possible to pull the soft inside over the swivel of your hooklink. This fixes the lead and prevents it from sliding.
