The Okuma Makaira Trolling was specifically designed for fishing for those big strong ocean predators such as tuna, marlin and sharks. This rod features an ultra strong carbon composite blank and top quality ALPS components. The use of zirconium inserts in the roller guides makes this rod suitable for use with braided lines. The rod also features beautiful custom abalone decoration. The rod is IGFA tournament certified and features an aluminium gimbal.
