The Deeper DownScan Underwater Vision Module is an advanced sonar expansion for the Deeper Quest bait boat, giving you a much more detailed view of the bottom and underwater structures. The module operates at a frequency of 780kHz and has two scanning elements with beam angles of 1.5° and 67°, allowing you to explore both a wide area and distinguish small details. With a depth range of 0.4 to 40m, a resolution of 1cm and up to 15 scans per second, the DownScan accurately displays bottom transitions, weed beds, obstacles and hard spots. This helps you better determine where to present your rig. The module was specially developed for the Deeper Quest and is a valuable addition to the standard CHIRP sonar. While fishing, you can switch between both sonar systems to locate fish as well as examine the bottom structure. The DownScan comes with a protective cover, mounting hardware and a striking green carrying handle that lets you replace the original black carrying handle of the bait boat.
