Good quality tools will make a lot of jobs much easier! Having the right tool is important for both fresh- and saltwater predator anglers to cut steel wire and thick mono lines. Scissors wouldn’t be able to cut this and big side cutters would probably be overkill. The Daiwa Prorex Side Cutters sit nicely in the middle which makes them ideal. They feature an anti-slip handle and Teflon coating to prevent corrosion. The ends of both handles are marked with luminous material so you can easily find them again if you were to drop them in the dark.
Attention: these side cutters cannot be used for cutting thick wire treble hooks.
