Shimano’s Baitrunner B has earned a stellar reputation. Yet with the arrival of its successor, the Baitrunner D, Shimano has managed to lift a true classic to a higher level. A high quality baitrunner where flexibility, power and durability are key. Suitable for fishing both fresh and saltwater. Available in EU model and USA model.

The smoothly working drag and freespool are precise and accurate to set and the powerful gearing guarantees trouble-free use. Unmatched by: one-piece cold forged line bar, cold forged AR-C spool, cold forged gears, waterproof drag and maintenance port.

This is the 8000D series and thanks to its size, it is ideal for long distance fishing for big fish such as carp and catfish. This is the USA model, this model features a large, round handle.

Note: Pictured is the 8000D EU model this has a flat handle. The USA model has a round handle and therefore deviates from the picture.
